KAETHIA_ — LONG BIO

Kaethia_ is a synthetic multilingual pop artist released by Kaexa Music. Her music is built around a simple but ambitious idea: difference should add color to the world, not create walls between those who share it.

Created by António Fontoura, founder of Kaexa, Kaethia_ has no nationality and no native language. Her voice, face, and performances are synthetic — generated rather than recorded — and the systems that give her a voice and a face were developed at Kaexa Labs. Fontoura writes and produces the work and makes the final creative decisions behind each release, while Kaethia_ is the artist under whose name the work is released.

Her debut single, “Same Light, Same Love,” released on September 4, 2026 through Kaexa Music, introduced that vision through an energetic pop track moving between English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The song celebrates connection, diversity, and togetherness while preserving the individuality, languages, cultures, and stories that make each person distinct.

“Same Light, Same Love” opens Kaethia_’s 12-track debut album, One World, One Song, released worldwide on September 21, 2026, the International Day of Peace. The date reflects the album’s broader themes of unity, freedom, joy, peace, belonging, harmony, and connection across differences.

Throughout the album, different languages, rhythms, and cultural influences become part of the same musical conversation. Rather than imagining unity as sameness, One World, One Song presents diversity as something to preserve and celebrate.

At the heart of the project is Kæthiar, a symbolic utopian world shaped by peace, freedom, joy, harmony, belonging, respect, and diversity without division. Kæthiar is not presented as an escape from the real world, but as a vision of what our world could become if differences remained visible without being used to build walls between people.

Technology is part of the artistic form of Kaethia_, but it is not the subject of the music. One of the project’s central paradoxes is deliberate: Kaethia_ exists because of technology, while Kæthiar asks what place technology should occupy in our lives. Across the album, technology repeatedly recedes from the foreground so that nature, presence, community, attention, and direct connection can return to the center.

The project’s recurring principle is:

Technology in the background. Life in the foreground.

Kaethia_ does not physically travel. When she appears in real cities or locations, those places function as narrative settings: the places are real, while her presence there is fictional.

One World, One Song is both an introduction to Kaethia_ and a statement of intent. Her music asks what the world might look like if connection, dignity, and care became more important than division — without asking anyone to become the same.

Kæthiar is the world we should become.
